We loved the spacious room!

The homeless drug park on the other side of the pond. I understand, it's a world wide issue, but it did ruin our evening walk.

Convenient, clean, quiet,

bed was too high (for short folks), toilet was weird (took some getting used to), pool was hard to get to (the elevator wasn't in service first day)

A newly renovated hotel with all the small details to make the comforts of home. Comfortable beds and a lovely clean spa/fitness area well equipped for a workout away from home.

I liked the view.

There was a hair(not mine) in the bed.

Convenient location. Love the Heated Bidet/Toilet. Front Desk was very attentive and solved my minor challenge efficiently.

Heating is a little noisy.

This hotel is in a good area. Lots of convenience for shops and district 1881 is close by.

My room was not clean. Other people's hair everywhere. The room was also very unwelcoming and cold. Right elevator didn't work properly. We booked 3 rooms and only 1 room was ready on time. One of the rooms we did not get into until 5pm.
