Card didnt work for room first time

All was good and felt secure

Montana's has some work to do with once sat down bringing drinks, taking orders, and delivering the food. Understanding recently opened so in time will improve.

The location is great since you can walk to District 1881 in downtown Chilliwack. This area is a little sketchy because of the street people, but the actual hotel property has been kept clean of that social issue.

My room was not very clean. I found other peoples hair in the bedding, on the chair, in the bathtub, and in the bathroom sink. Being a housecleaner in the past I know the standards of a hotel this size and it is not an acceptable level of cleanliness. Also we booked 3 rooms and 2 of them were not accessible at the 3pm check-in time. It ended up being around 5pm before one of the rooms was available.

It was within walking distance to the 1881 center

Only one elevator had access to the pool

Seeing my view from the room, a pond

There was no housekeeping due to shortage of staff
