When I arrived I was so exhausted, I did not pay any attention, next day for breakfast I was able to observe, overall it was pretty good, `breakfast good attention good, room good, location, well! I'm not sure.

Didn't feel overly welcomed at reception but it was quick and painless. Staying on the second floor but the first floor lights didn't work? Had to pull out my torch. The room was okay, especially for the price. As previous reviews mention, hand held shower is not great. My bedding also had a rip straight down the middle which was off-putting, I used my sleeping bag instead. Don't bother with the cafe downstairs, I walked in for dinner only to be stared at by one of two tables, a family eating. They stared at me until I realised they must be the owners and asked them for a menu. I felt so uncomfortable that I left. Breakfast included was decent, quite big and tasty. No, I wouldn't stay here again, but if you want somewhere cheap to put your things and sleep, it could be worse.

El hotel es muy correcto. El personal es amable. El desayuno no es continental, pero está muy bien. Y la situación del mismo, está cerca del centro o casco antiguo.

Especially the staff was very helpful and kind! The rooms were big, clean and nice and the hotel was not too far from the center of the city.

I would not recommend this hotel - ever, I did not book this hotel for myself it was booked by a friend, who thought it would be okay as close to where she lived - that was the only pro for this hotel. If you like 70's décor then great, but this hotel will do anything rather than replace a single item. Bathroom stank from the sewers, I insisted on the bath mat being removed as it was ingrained with filth, a hole in the bath filled with some sort of filler. you have to hold the shower as there is no holder - so if you are an expert at showering/washing hair and holding shower ALL at the same time - good. The doors were warped and did not close, when I tried to close the bedroom door a part of the door fell of and cut my hand, there was a wedding going on, so the noise was hell, but the next morning they tried to pass off left overs from the wedding as breakfast, the phone did not work as it was not attached to receiver, only one sheet, not what I would expert for 3 star? horrid furniture, no Air Con in bedroom?? and to add to all the other crap, I booked out immediately when my case arrived and the hotel failed to tell me - it had arrived . I had been without toiletries, clothes, everything for many hours and they compounded the misery by no bothering to tell me it had arrive and it sat behind reception desk for hours !! while I sat up in one of their rooms WAITING for it!! not knowing it was downstairs. That was the final straw, I went to book out and was refused a refund of the other 3 nights that they took off my master card .... to be continued with Master card - I have all the photographic evidence I need to make a claim for a refund through Master Card and after reading other reviews - I have even more evidence that this is one of the worst hotels I have ever encountered!! RUN!! that is the only tip I can give to anyone going there - TURN AND RUN!!!
