The apartment was so neat, we couldn't but tidy it to try and match the state we met it.

Good location, lovely size. The place heats up Quickly. Quiet location. Comfy beds and good kitchen and bathroom Also the staff were excellent so kind and helpful, really appreciate all of them

There was some wear and tear here and there and some rooms smelt of damp but nothing major

Dark dirty alleyway. No Wi-Fi. No communication

The apartment was lovingly furnished and had spacious rooms. Nice luxury velvet curtains. Was spotlessly clean. Host was helpful in sorting out the key initially when I first arrived. Host is in Indian Restaurant next to entrance.

The parking was the only problem. Some nights, I had to keep going round about four times waiting for one car to leave so I could park. There is such a limited number of parking spaces on the road. Rest of the road is double yellow lines and a taxi rank.

the apartment was in a bad condition, not în accordance with the pictures on the booking site (formal cleaning even though i checked in at 4 p.m.... dirty walls, the fridge as well, the kitchen trash was still filled with garbage at check-in, the bathroom with walls full of grease, there is no floor drain in the bathroom, the carpet stained and dirty, the disturbing noise produced by the neighbors with the restaurant, the mess on the access corridor, in the yard also, the lack of TV signal, etc.). I'm an long time client (i stayed in another location in 2018 for S&P exhibition), but unfortunately i won't be coming back here. the real conditions are not those presented on the Booking website (they can be confirmed by photos that I will post on reviews). I left in a hurry and I couldn't find the key to the entrance door, i lost it probably somewhere in the apartment. For the misplaced/lost key, took as a charge of £100, seems very high comparing with the accomodation amount per night. I tried to talk to the owner, but he simply stopped answering my messages. he stopped my money from the 200 £ deposit, which is not mentioned at the time of booking. total disappointment...
