The whole place was lovely and comfortable would recommend to everyone loved it beds are super comfortable

The location wasn’t easy to get to and the apartment was down a dark alley. The paint work in the apartment was appalling and the WiFi instructions were incorrect. I tried to phone the host as the front door wouldn’t open from the inside with the key unless forced open

Carpets need replacing. Wifi didnt work at times, TV wouldnt work at all one night. Lights in entrance corridor didnt stay on long enough to access key safe. Bathroom needs sorting - shower leaks over floor, tiling coming away from walls in shower. Poor shower head.

The location was good. It could be a fantastic property with a lick of paint and a good clean.

On arrival i moved the twin beds together and a dirty nappy fell out of the bed. I still haven’t received an apology. They did offer to send someone out but as it was late i asked they attend the next day as there were used cotton buds and other things behind the bed. They attended but they only hoovered the visible area. Every wall and door was damaged or scribbled on. I spent 5 minutes wiping the doors and the marks came off. We were woken every morning by roofers on the property. They could see into the bedroom as there are no blinds on the velux windows. The bedding was dirty. The first duvet cover i gave to my daughter had brown stains on, then she said another smelt like egg. The duvets themselves were lacking in filling and yellowing. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mould. The kitchen had an underlying smell of mould/damp.

Nice clean cosy apartment. All staff very friendly and helpful Close to shops and even shop staff are very friendly
