Was able to park out the front for free due to road works

The apartment did not look like any pictures Door handles were broken. Carpet through out the apartment was filthy. Also had no Vacuum. TV remove didn't work properly. Cigarette smell in dining room, and also burn mark in chair. No blind in the bedroom. No Coffee machine. Mold on walls. kitchen wear was older then the building. Apartment smelt like wet tennis shoes

Bedrooms were clean

Full payment for stay and an additional £250 paid to be held against breakages. No inventory was taken before occupancy. Bedroom, kitchen, landing, and living room windows all without childproof safety catches. Deep grime on the shower and toilet tiles. Orange mould in the bath grouting. Cooking pots with deteriorated tefal surfaces. Water filter cartridge had mould spores. Broken curtain poles in the living room and bedroom. Large landing window did not have a curtain. Overlooked by neighbouring properties.
