Mellow Moon Lodge

Although we only stayed for one night during our Colorado road trip, it was a Wonderful stay! The property was well kept and had lots of outdoor space to enjoy. There was a small canteen onsite with snacks, drinks and local products for purchase. Our room was well decorated, the shower was massive and the bed was very comfortable! I forgot to pack a few medications for this trip and had them shipped to the hotel. Lauren was very helpful during this process and even had the package put into our room since we were checking in later that day. The hotel is walking distance to several restaurants and coffee shops. This is definitely a great place to stay for a night or week-long trip!

Loved all the shared spaces. The gift shop is sunshine, commissary had great products/sundries and available with a code 24/7, the coffee shop/lounge was wonderful with complementary coffee/water, fabulous burritos and such friendly staff. Attention to detail and design was amazing. Great vibe!

I loved the mattress, but hubby thought a bit soft in Room 4. Hard to please all sizes.

Ample parking. Practically all spots open.

-Furniture was falling literally apart. Sliding cabinet door for bed ware fell off when touched -Room was not prepared for the 3rd person -Couch dedicated for the 3rd person had stain on it and was very uncomfortable due to the deep lengthwise crevice -The bathroom seemed to be between remodeling phases. Walls were already tiled. The floor was bare concrete. -The bathroom door was a barn type sliding door that did not entirely close, had no means to lock and did not even stay in place when shut. Had no handle on the inside either. -The room had means to heat water, but no tea or coffee was provided in the room. For that we had to go next door where there was no tea, sugar or milk either . -Shampoo and conditioner was provided, but the shower gel was empty. -The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were rock hard. -The bedroom had no window at all -The door between bedroom and kitchen was a rag.

Easiest room check in I have ever had. This place is great!

Great decor, friendly staff.

We had a family room with our 4 kids and the bathroom only had a barn door that left a large crack open.
