"Hidden gem"

This was my 5th visit and for a reason-it’s a great place. The service is excellent, the staff is attentive. The brunch is wholesome and with plenty of variety but I wish there are more freshly prepared and healthier items on the menu like salads and grilled food. I will definitely be coming back.

"Horrible Hospitality"

Iris at the front desk was extremely room and not helpful. Calling me a liar, would not refund my money for my stay. Horrible hospitality, along with raising her voice to me the customer. I do not appreciate how I was treated. So please know you will not get pleasant service if you are to book an event or conference at this resort. I had a co worker also check in before me, and was given misinformation along with no receipt for the stay or confirmation number and was told they were having computer issues.
