Denver Marriott South at Park Meadows

Clean, comfortable with friendly staff. The showers were great. Nice hot water with good water pressure. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed dinner in the restaurant downstairs.

Hotel was under remodeling and we were not told..no laundry service…..air conditioner wasn’t working in most rooms..pool was ice cold ….we were a softball team and had 10 rooms booked

Property under renovation/construction in lobby. Large loud gatherings in concierge lounge next to room on 6th floor.

This was a great option to stay at without traveling into Denver. Within walking distance of the light rail whuch is exactly what we wanted and needed. The hotel as undergoing some construction but really wasnt an issue. Room average but comfortable!

This property is in dire need of renovations. Popcorn ceilings, stains in the carpets. The staff was very friendly and refunded our money.

One of the worst and most humiliating hotel stays of my life. After dealing with multiple card key issues when I went to get my third card replacement an already exacerbated night manager vented his rage at a frustrated customer - me - by calling the police. The police of course realized there was nothing criminal to prosecute and left. But the night manager - Lando - kicked me and my family out of the hotel at 10:30pm at night. I had no recourse but to leave. Of course I wasn’t the only customer complaining that evening. There were two others but I happened to be the only person of color. Is it a coincidence that I was the only person removed from the hotel? Terrible experience. Truly regrettable and unnecessary.

Very clean, easy commute to anywhere in the area. I think the sun is overwhelming the HVAC system. This would be a 5 star review had the AC been working.

Highly recommend staying here , we had a baseball tournament in castle rock highly recommend staying here worth the 10 min drive ! Staff was exceptional rooms are immaculate !

On the positive side, this is a typical Marriott property; decently clean, fairly priced and appropriately sized rooms and quiet. Conversely, the hotel can use a major overhaul in a couple of areas. First, the makeshift bar in the lobby is tremendously expensive; I was charged approximately $15 for standard 1.5 ounce shots when we were helping celebrate an occasion in the lobby. A round 14 shots and three beers was approximately $230! Not wanting to bring any embarrassment to the celebration, I opted to wait until the morning to address the issue with the hotel. Upon approaching the front desk clerk and asked to speak to a manager, I was told that there was “no manager” on property. She did of course, apologize as expected, took my cell number down, but I have yet to hear anything from the hotel. Secondly, the “restaraunt” appears to be going through some remodeling. Obviously there’s going to be some optical challenges with this, which is completely understandable. However, the staff that works there are hardly understandable due to the fact that they are still wearing their masks from the Covid era. The coffee they served would be an embarrassment to Starbucks - it was severely burned, had a pile of grounds in it, was poured behind black curtains so not sure what the heck went in there AND came out a couple sizes larger than I asked for. And, of course, I was charged for the larger size. I sincerely hope the Marriott location gets their act together.
