The staff is friendly. Tasty breakfast. Location is okay, close to public transport. The gym is a bit old, very basic equipment, but okay.

NOT suitable for BUSINESS TRIP. This hotel cannot provide invoice for the accommodation.

Hotel is run down in the rooms and pool area. Workout machines did not work and very outdated. Overall not in great condition. Staff was great!

We are locals. My husband and I booked a room to get away from our kids and enjoy a night with a hot tub and pool. Website stated pool and spa. We arrived, checked in, got to our room, changed, when to the pool only to find out the spa was closed for repairs. If we would have knew we would have went somewhere else. Very disappointed.

"Another quality stay"

Check-in went great. The person who checked us in (Jasmine??) delivered outstanding service. Clean room, quiet stay. We had one plumbing issue, called and it was fixed quickly. ... Hotel is under renovation so the concierge lounge was closed. A temp CL was set up by the restaurant and worked well. The woman who regularly staffs the CL, we remember from previous visits. She's always welcoming, engaging and intent on making sure we have everything we need. ... Had lunch at the bar on a Sunday, attentive service, good food.

I booked through booking.com and I was charged from booking. Com and also charged by the hotel. I spoke to the hotel and was told I need to call booking.com to get resolution. I will not use this Website again to book anything

Overall the two night stay was enjoyable. The room was nice with a good shower. Four minor issues: 1. The doors on the 3rd floor wouldn't close from outside without slamming. 2. No microwave in the room. This may be a local ordinance. 3. The building has no stairway to walk if you don't want to ride the elevator. 4. The restaurant was good but struggled with demand.
