"The staff treat you like royalty here!"

If you valet your car or have your luggage taken to your room, you’ll be lucky to meet Aristotle- world’s best valet! He really takes care of his people. And go meet Heather in the lobby bar! She is amazing. These folks remember us every time we stay here and are the reason we come back every year.

"Horrible hotel"

Horrible place unprofessional . Asked for two queen bed they did not honor and they said we can roll away bed cost $50.00. You have to come downstairs to get anything since after 7 pm no room service . Sink makes noise and they don’t care . Would never come back that I reason they are off Vegas strip

"Great Family Stay"

Jeremy was awesome! Very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean, everything worked, and view was great. The only thing that could have been improved upon was more towels. This was our 3rd time staying here for a dance competition. Thank you Hilton staff!

"Average, at best. The place needs a refresher."

Location was great.

Customer service was lacking in many areas Took much too long to get into a room and no one seemed to care until we spoke with a manager. I tried ordering extra blankets and they made me come down to the front desk to retrieve them, and they said they only had 1 blanket left (hard to believe). The bartenders were great, however.
