Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa

Check in experience was awesome with Vanessa. Super friendly really nice and informative. When we got to the room it was very clean and the balcony view was great. No complaints at all. My only suggestion is please have regular coffee in the room. We only had decaf coffee. We did request regular coffee and it was brought to us but it was a single serve coffee pot but we got a 12 cup coffee bag and it didn't fit the machine. Would highly recommend this place. Quiet cozy romantic views are great.

Jeremy was very friendly and helpful to get settled in! and with a great smile. the hotel is extra nice with beautiful outdoor spaces and balcony in the room. rooms are quiet.

Mary helped us with our check in. She was amazing!! She provided all of the information we needed for parking, all of the amenities of the resort and very clear directions on how to get to our room! Mary definitely made our stay very memorable!!

The front desk staff are amazing! David and Jeremy are always there and are helpful, friendly, kind people! This is an amazing hotel!

Stayed at this property for a dance convention and it reeked of some sort of sulfur, sewage stench all weekend. There was no escaping the horrendous smell in the foyer, lobby bar, hallways and ballrooms. I thought it was just this hotel, but another guest mentioned they were playing tennis at a nearby club and it smelled there as well. Staff acknowledged there was a known “sewage problem” in the area. A quick Google search and I found Henderson and Lake Las Vegas has had two major sewage leaks in the last 5 years or so and the treatment plants have significant infrastructure issues. Not sure if the odor is related! The staff were extremely friendly (probably overcompensating for the smell) and our room was spacious. This hotel does need some upkeep. My sink didn’t drain very quickly, the hot water took a long time and two ice machines were broken floor 2 and floor 3. Had to get ice from the restaurant. I hope the hotel is informing their groups prior to signing contracts that there is an ongoing sewage and odor problem in the area. This will be the last time we attend a dance event at this hotel until the problem is fixed.

Came for a dance competition rhe hotel easy to navigate. Situated on a lake with local restaurants, giving it a village type of vibe. One staff member stood out to me - Abby from Housekeeping. I like to recognize hard work and great service. From the moment I arrived she assisted us with a check-in request. Over my stay I saw the same staff member several times, each time she gave me a smile and "hello". I observed her wearing several hats in her duties during me weekend stay. Was impressed enough to give a kudos. Staff were fantastic.

I came with NYCDA for a dance convention 2/19/26- 2/23/26 when I came to check in I was met with a very cold and brusque energy. Nothing akin to the personable and hospitable nature of the majority of the front desk staff across the nation that I've frequented. Ms. Yesenia was curt and actually rude I put it off as maybe just our interaction and potentially a bad day but my entire team who all went to check in to different rooms and some who arrived earlier all were in accordance with how rude and inhospitable she was. Yesenia was the first face we saw after the valet when we entered your establishment and she certainly soured the tone of our day. I would hope Hilton Lake had a better reflection of the premier service and hospitality that I know the Hilton brand exemplifies everywhere else.
