We had a reservation and were turned away at check-in. Employee stated that they overbooked and suggested we go to the nearby Hampton Inn as they had been contacted. Upon arrival at the Hampton, they were not expecting us. Very frustrating situation

Room was excellent. Just wish the jets in the jacuzzi were stronger. Cleanliness was amazing!

We were not asked if we wanted housekeeping so it was not provided. We were also not informed that our credit card would have a $20 hold for incidentals each night stayed. The hotel was clean and nice but the mattresses were old and uncomfortable, which was surprising for a Courtyard.

Freezing temperature without the ability to adjust. Manager claimed that they have frequent complaints but that nothing is done and since we booked through Expedia, they would not offer us any type of compensation.
