Clean room

The room was standard and comfortable. The lobby was nice. Location of hotel is great - 2 blocks from downtown Lafayette. About 1.5 mile from Purdue.

Laundry room! We dont typically do laundry when we travel but needed to and the laundry machines need to be modernized. They only take coins. If you are like me, I dont carry cash, you have to go downstairs, use the ATM in Lobby which charges you $4.95 to use it and then you have to go to the Reg Desk to change your dollars for coins and to purchase detergent. The ATM fee is crazy! And the fact the machines are coin operated and not upgraded is absurd. Lastly - elevators are slow.

Room was good, comfortable. The check-in employee was excellent.

On check out, I was first in line and when the employee came out, she helped the person behind me first. It went on and one, so I told her that i had to go and just left, leaving key card on counter. To pay well over 200 for 8 hours, a free breakfast would have been nice.

The location was great

Even with a paid breakfast, there is generally a coffee bar to get coffee or tea. Bathroom could be upgraded.

I got room in the corner, it had windows on two walls and it was very silent there.

Bathroom is rather dated.

Good location for a visit to Purdue University. The staff were excellent. Most of the place seemed to have been recently renovated.

The room as clean and new except for the bathroom. In particular the shower was grimy, moldy, hard to turn off without dripping. It appeared to me that they renovated the room but stopped at the shower or hadn’t got to it yet. I brought it up to the staff and there were no other rooms to move to. They did discount my stay.
