Pillows stink, water draining issues in washrooms and toilets, generally unclean. I don't plan on going back.

I would give 0 if possible. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you want the same problem to happen to you and not receive any apologies. When I arrived at the property on August 1, the guy who checked me in was extremely rude. He first mumbled about the hotel rules and facilities super fast, which I think was probably due to personal language habits. So I did not care too much at the beginning, but what happens next is very very disrespectful. The printer was not working when printing out my registration, so I said "no worries, take your time" and the guy directly responded to me "well, it's not my time" with a totally careless face. This was shockingly said from an IHG employee's mouth, I even doubt he would react like this because of my race and ethnicity, because he did not even respect me in the way he talked to his colleague right next to him. This is not acceptable at all. I complained through IHG digital channel several times, and the representatives said they have informed hotel management team about this incident and promised me that the hotel would get back to me in 24 hours, but it's been 3 days and I have not heard a single word from the hotel. Now the hotel manager tries to avoid taking responsibility and disciplining the employee. An ironic fact is that I work for the local university in hospitality management, we have worked so hard to help our local stakeholders acquire talents, and this is what this hotel ended up treating its partner. Thanks to this incident, this hotel will be the classic example for me to share with my students and colleagues regarding how unprofessional employees vandalize the entire brand reputation. Good job and keep that smart mouth talking :)

Inexperienced and unfriendly receptionists

The shower had strands of hair on the floor of the shower. Shower could be upgraded to a bright white instead of dingy white. Walls of shower stained. Had a dingy smell upon entering room

It was good besides my bathtub not draining

It was an okay hotel the bathroom was not so clean and was smelly definitely need some upgrades.
