"Very relaxing"

The staff were very friendly the room was kept clean and the facility at the hotel were great. Location was a little remote and you would need a taxi to be able to get the nearest train station.

We paid for half board and the dinner menu was very limited. The restaurant food could have been much better.

alles war soweit tiptop. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, hat einen wunderbaren Garten und eine gute Lage.

das Zimmer war dauernd kalt - die Klimaanlage ging nur bis 21 Grad. Entweder sie muss höher eingestellt werden können oder die Fenster müssen ersetzt werden. wir - und wir waren bei weitem nicht die Einzigen - haben im Zimmer dauernd gefroren (April 26). Des weiteren hat uns gestört, dass das Highlight des Hotels - die Thermalgrotte - 50 Euro/Person für 50 Min zusätzlich gekostet hat.

poca pulizia, deludente la stanza con vita lavanderia panni sporchi, poso insonorizzata, le vasche della piscina termale lasciate al degrado, cordoli con muffa pulsanti per l'idromassaggio rotti, staf poco carino e maleducato.
