We had to change rooms 4 times at 10:30 pm. Room 1 the ceiling was leaking #2 TV didn’t work #3 room was never cleaned by housekeeper #4was the one we stayed overnight it was nice. The lady at the desk in the morning was surprised that we changed 4 times before it was right. With a few tweaking the room could be easier for seniors that aren’t Handicap. The hotel was nice but not rooms beds comfortable needs a little love.

Well let me begin by saying I will never stay at another red roof inn, ever. The room we got first the Television didn't work. So, they moved us to the room next door. Then stuff got worst. The tub has no anti slip bottom in it and the shower rod has no way of staying in place because the rod won't stay in place and you can't even take a hot tub bath because it doesn't have any way of blocking the drain from the water just running out all the time. Next the sink leaked underneath to the floor and was puddling up while I tried to shave. Next, there was an electrical box above the table that had no cover on it and when you opened or closed the door it dropped insulation out of the box into my drink. I didn't know that till I took a drink and swallowed some of the insulation. Then I had to throw up. That's when I found out the toilet never shuts off. I am a handyman and this and all of these things are a very easy fix. I opened the tank top of the toilet just to see if the float valve was too high and it wasn't, it was the flapper valve that was bad, again, another easy fix. Also, an electrical outlet had no cove on it next to the bed. Now for the good one. The bathroom doorknob was installed backwards and could not be shut and locked because the latch would not catch the opening of the casing. All you had to do is push on the door or if someone opened the main door the bathroom door flew open no matter what you did. If I had a screwdriver with me, I would have fixed that. MORE!

The rooms were the most nasty fithy rooms I've ever seen at a red roof hotel. The toilet was covered in feces and it had a drug baggie in it. The sheets and bedding were dirty in both rooms they gave us. Pubic hairs in the shower and the smell was horrible. We couldn't stay here with our family it was unsafe. There are to many drug addicts living at this hotel. It was the most sickening and gross hotel I've ever seen. The rooms looked like they have never been cleaned. Expedia should not sell rooms to this dumped it's not safe.

There was a 2" gap underneath my room key door because there was no rubber airblock on the door; good thing it wasn't winter time! When I told my friend where I was staying, he shook his head in dismay, crime city I was told! I guess you get what you pay for...

Clean and comfortable

Something just wasn't right but can not say what it was. We did not stay.

Arrived to 90 degree lobby. No wifi, no TV. Was not given reduced rate for amenities that were advertised. Place was a hole. People smoking weed and drinking outside of room.

Dirty

Room seemed clean but didn't realize I booked this type of hotel. Flys in the room totally turned me off.
