Advertised ‘$200 credit’ was a coupon booklet (e.g., $20 off spa, $10 off tequila). The ‘Preferred’ program didn’t provide exclusive benefits; the same offers were available to all, so the fee didn’t feel justified.

Las actividades nocturnas son muy pocas.

Tiene muchas actividades, la comida en todos los restaurantes era de lo mejor, pero lo más destacado del hotel es su personal, increíble la sensación de calidez que dan, todos muy amables y atentos a las peticiones, el servicio que dan es de reconocerse. De las instalaciones me gusto la infinidad de áreas verdes, las habitaciones espaciosas y las camas súper cómodas, las almohadas riquísimas, la alberca principal es muy bonita y grande

Lo malo fue que definitivamente no hay manera de estar en la playa, montones de sargazo despidiendo un olor fétido, y un pequeño inconveniente con el mantenimiento pues dos días no pude utilizar la terraza por que estaban resanado paredes, pedazos de yeso por toda la terraza además del ruido.

Las actividades de entretenimiento y la piscina. La zona de juegos Core Zone. La exhaustiva limpieza diaria de la habitación

El olor a sargazo y los precios excesivos de las excursiones ofrecidas por el hotel

It is versatile well maintained and it has plenty of activities

You have to pay extra for the beach beds, the tables on the events some wines and other amenities. Sargassum cumulation was BAD not to mention that we had daily trucks passing by and the smell bad horrible. And do not fall for the "upgrade" rooms are all the same and all you see ocean front is a pile of sargassum: it is just NOT WORTH IT

Most of the staff were great. We had fun. There were activities by the pool, the restaurants were quite good given the price point. The rooms were quite nice and big

Seaweed - i know it covers most of the coastline currently, but this stretch of beach is bad. The neighbouring hotels are doing more. We were given a room that faced the massive pile of seaweed that was being piled up. the smell was bad and in our room all day and night. My wifes (gold plated) necklace which was her mothers day present which never left the room was left completely ionised and brown due to the sulphur and is completely ruined. We were heavily sold the 'Preferred' upgrade. My wife is pregnant. We saw the reviews that the beach was not usable and as a result the pool is very busy. One of the perks of the 'Preferred' option was use of Balinese beds around the pool which was helpful given she was pregnant and needed shade. When we tried to book a bed, we were told the beds are only available at the 'Preferred adult only pool' which is not helpful given we travelled with our 4 yr old son. So we paid for preferred and then had to pay for beds every day. In fact we didnt use any of the preferred perks as they were all really for adults only. We had a la carte breakfast twice but to be honest the buffet was better. I wen to the 'preferred' desk to question this and was met with shrugs which was disappointing. It was not mentioned anywhere that it was just the preferred pool. On check out i mentioned it again. I was told they understood my frustration, and that they had mentioned to senior management that the perks should be opened up to people with families but nothing had to been done yet. Still didnt help me in any way. Just all felt like a sales grift for targets when they know families cant use any of the perks of preferred. Anyway, we had a fun time but families there is zero point booking preferred unless they change the policy. The waterslides are very dated, crazy golf, arcade both need upgrading as damaged and borderline unusable

The breakfast and all the food was good and staff was amazing. They meet all my requirements and my 6 year old really enjoyed a lot. This is very good place for kids as well and they take care of you all the times. The best part is they come and clean your room twice a day. Thank you for hosting us

The only part I didn’t like; there is not AC in the lobby. They need lobby with AC
