Odalis "CS MANAGER" was probably the only person in the entire resort who truly made a strong impression on me. In second place, I would definitely mention the entire kids’ club team, which functioned absolutely perfectly, even though their English was not very good. They were constantly with the children, fully engaged, and the kids couldn’t praise the activities enough. Their performances and similar activities also deserve recognition. Unfortunately, everything else I have to rate exactly as I feel it, and the overall rating here will reflect that honestly. ................................................................................................................................................................................................................. I booked a 15-day vacation for a family of four—two adults and two children. Based on this alone, it should have been obvious that we would have a significant amount of belongings and that, over the course of such a long stay, we would naturally need to manage, reorganize, and rotate our things. Despite this, I contacted the hotel in advance and tried to address all necessary details ahead of time so that upon arrival everything would meet our expectations, especially in terms of room size and overall comfort. We traveled during the holiday period, so we naturally paid a significantly higher rate than usual, but we accepted this with the expectation that the quality and comfort would correspond accordingly. Unfortunately, the room was extremely small, and the furniture was severely outdated. Three drawers were completely broken. One of them kept sliding in and out on its own, which was actually a safety hazard. On the balcony, there was a concrete wall with a small metal rack at the end—something like a holder where wet items could be placed. The very first time my daughter touched it, the entire piece came loose and fell onto her foot.

You had to fully open the door just to enter, or alternatively close it tightly against the wall in order to function inside—but in that case, there was no privacy at all. The bathroom setup was honestly very poor. Additionally, when traveling with two small children, one would at least expect the hotel staff to understand that during a 15-day stay, children will occasionally want to take a bath, not just shower. In our case, this was impossible, as the room had no bathtub, only a shower. Here, I would like to highlight Odalis as a manager, because I escalated this issue and she genuinely tried to help. As a result, we upgraded to a better room. Naturally, I had to pay the difference—partially discounted, but since these were still holiday rates, the price was significantly higher than normal. The upgraded room was much better overall. However, we requested a second bed for the children and instead received a sofa bed. The unfolded mattress was curved and slanted, causing the children to essentially sleep in a dip. I asked the staff multiple times whether they could provide an additional mattress, but I was repeatedly told none were available. Later, I saw exactly such a mattress unused in a hotel corridor, which was disappointing. Another issue worth mentioning is tipping. Over a 15-day stay, expected daily tips quickly add up to USD 300–400. I have no issue tipping for exceptional service, but service quality should never depend on tipping. When we skipped tipping housekeeping for two days, our room was not cleaned until late evening, and one day not at all. The same issue occurred with the minibar, which was not refilled automatically on several occasions and required repeated follow-ups. Despite the number of issues we experienced, no goodwill gesture was ever offered, such as complimentary pool loungers. For reference, these ranged from USD 65 to USD 125 per day. The spa experience was mixed. One massage was extremely painful, likely due to communication issues

A praia era muito suja. As pessoas ocupam as cadeiras com toalhas em todo o lado as 8 da manhã maioria das cadeiras já estava ocupado muitas delas sem ninguém apenas a marcar presença com toalhas

La atención del personal, Jenry en la.barra de la piscina, hace los mejores tragos, aunque todos son excelentes, Joshua del concierto nos ayudó con todo. Y en general todos son excelentes. La.comida es excelente, el entretenimiento impresionante.

Anlage groß und gepflegt, für einen AI Urlaub sicherlich perfekt, WLAN war überall gut Zugang zum Sandstrand

Unser Zimmer war bei Ankunft sehr sehr runtergekühlt. Leider haben wir trotz ausgeschalteter Klimaanlage und geöffneten Fenster das Zimmer nicht wärmer bekommen. Weiterhin waren bei Anreise sehr viele Mücken im Zimmer. (Tote Mücken auch an den Wänden)
