Breakfast was simple but good quality. Facilities were beautiful and maintained. I appreciated the room upgrade. Service was exceptional.

It would be nice to have access to espresso drinks and decaffeinated beverages.

Staff was amazing and very attentive. Great location and nice pool area.

Restaurant was good but would like other options than tapas.

La déco. Le petit patio devant la chambre.

Le wifi ne marchait pas dans la chambre. Pas de poubelle dans la salle de bain, pas de bouilloire alors qu il y avait du thé à disposition. Pas de cintres pour pendre les vêtements ( pas de portants ) Pas de prise usb près du lit. Le bruit de la musique jusqu a 23h le soir juste derrière la chambre.

Bed was comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Good size room. Convenient parking.

My room was close to reception ( the pool area) and during the day ( up till 8:30pm) they played music really loud … since the buildings are quite old they are not sound proof !!! I could hear outside conversations by the hotel team since very early in the morning!! Wish they would diversify the breakfast items a bit .. everyday the same, always a cold spread. Not many tables are offered at the breakfast area.

Fabulous hotel with amazing staff, great food and vibes. Did a little girls getaway and it was so quiet and chill. Will be back!

The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations significantly—particularly the inclusion of quality lox, a thoughtful touch that elevates it well above the standard hotel continental offering. It’s rare to find complimentary breakfast that feels this generous and well-executed. But the true revelation was Del Rey, the onsite restaurant. After sampling several highly-rated dining spots around Palm Springs, Del Rey became our favorite place to eat in the entire area. The convenience of having this caliber of cuisine right at the hotel transformed our stay from simply comfortable to genuinely exceptional. The hotel’s partnership with Pharos gym provided excellent access to quality fitness facilities, making it easy to maintain wellness routines during our stay. For couples seeking a restorative getaway, this hotel delivers on every front. It’s the rare property where you genuinely don’t need to leave—and won’t want to.

I booked a standard room for my husbands birthday and when we checked in the had upgraded us to a one bedroom suite off the main pool! The room was perfection with a small patio out back where we could eat breakfast and hear the fountain. Fresh cookies were baked every night and the complementary breakfast spread was actually really lovely. Every employee we spoke to was warm and inviting. We had some trouble with the heat and they popped over immediately to get it working. The vibes of the hotel were romantic and quiet which was what we were hoping for. We will be back again!
