Harbor View Hotel

Food was great for lunch and drinks were delicious. Anna was a great server and very attentive! Will definitely be back :)

Overpriced for what they are offering. The bartenders know what they are doing but the rest of the hotel thinks they are working at the Ritz and the property doesn’t hold up. There is a stench in the property of an old hotel that can’t be hidden by paint. My family and I are one and done, the price doesn’t hold enough of what you receive in service.

Do not stay here. We booked a YEAR in advance. Room stunk like mold. Their soliton was to put us in a smaller room with a cot. Horrible experience after a year’s worth of planing.

We have stayed at the Harbor View many times over the past 15 years. The service has never wavered. Our most recent stay was no different, and maybe even better than before. One example is of the kitchen going above and beyond to take care of my daughter. She had just been through something traumatic, and they were taking extra care of her. She wanted mac and cheese, but I told her it was not on the menu. They said, Not to worry, they will make it for her. Another staff member, in the meantime and without us knowing, went to the store to buy Kraft Mac N Cheese because he heard her ask for it originally. Just blew us away.

First the negatives. We were here for five nights and had hoped for a relaxing time. Our room was in the building by the pool, facing the garden. The noise level inside the building was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The building must be poorly constructed with thin walls and bad sound insulation. We were unfortunate enough to have a family with multiple children above us and it sounded like we were living beneath a herd of elephants. The loud thumping and screaming went on non stop and there was absolutely no way to relax or get a good night’s sleep in the room. The positives - the hotel has excellent service. Every one of our requests was met quickly and competently, and everyone on staff was pleasant and helpful. Also, the location is great and the main building has beautiful views. I might stay here again but would request a different building and the top floor with no one above.

Fantastic stay for our family. The rooms were quite clean. Nicely updated. The staff was incredibly kind and courteous. The service was fantastic. Beautiful location. This hotel is a gem!

Incredible dinner at Bettini. Our waitress, Carmen, was so delightful and extremely helpful in guiding us in what to order. We had the endive salad, bolognese, and halibut. The flavors were incredible - so fresh and unique. The service was also 10/10! We definitely will be back!!

Me and my family enjoyed our time in this hotel especially the lovely restaurant on wich we ate breakfast in, the service in this restaurant was amazing, our server ana was extremely helpful and friendly.

My partner Jeffrey and I enjoyed a dinner here and it was his first time and my second. Andrei was our server and he was absolutely amazing. He has an immense knowledge of food and wine pairings and made sure our glasses were full the entire course. I have many allergies and can be difficult to feed and the staff here never made me feel challenging or difficult and made all food safe for us and we didn’t have any doubts. It was one of the best meals we have ever had.
