Amazing food and staff. I had a wonderful time at Bettini. Loved the ambiance of the restaurant. The food was top notch, as well as the drinks. Get the chocolate warm cake for desert, its a must! - Thank you to Anna, our server, who made my birthday dinner an amazing experience.

The Bittini at the harbor view hotel had a wonderful dinner. We were celebrating our anniversary and they made it so special. Luciana was so great!! She was friendly and helpful. Overall, great experience overlooking the vineyard lighthouse

Great experience at Bettini. Our server Ana was knowledgeable and made our dinner very enjoyable for me and my family. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The only thing I would recommend is maybe a sauce to go with the ribeye. Otherwise, everything was on point! Will definitely be back again.

My husband and I stayed at the Harbor View for our babymoon over Memorial Day weekend. Overall we had a good experience (excellent location, well-appointed & clean room, beautiful pool & main areas, friendly staff) but there were a few things that are worth noting based on the price tag & luxury hotel status: - Communication: I had to contact the hotel twice to even have our confirmation email sent to us after placing our reservation (thankfully I took a screenshot!). When I booked the babymoon package, the website showed a bunch of possible add-on options, but no one ever reached out to see if we wanted to do any of those things, and by the time I got the confirmation email issue sorted, there wasn't enough time to book anything special, which was too bad. They also offer hospitality services via text, but no one responded to either of the two messages I sent. -Safety: on the day we arrived, the outdoor walkway between our building (the Roxana) and the main building was closed for construction, however the person at the front desk who gave us directions and bellhop who walked us to our room didn't realize there was construction and just had us walk through the active work zone. However when we walked back, we saw signs facing the opposite direction saying not to walk through. Seemed like the staff wasn't aware of all of the ongoing safety concerns. We also found ourselves locked out of this primary entrance to the Roxana on our second night (once the construction zone had been partitioned off), and a passing staff person was also not able to help (his master key didn't work), although he did go above & beyond to try and get us in. We ended up having to exit through the front door of the main building and walk all the way to the back, hoping we could get in that way - and that entrance was totally open, not even locked via keycard. -Wifi: the first night we stayed, there was no wifi - this was fine, but we ended up having to call the front desk to figure out what was going on. They told us the wifi had been down since the night before due to a storm - why not just inform us of this when we checked in to set expectations? -Noise: This isn't the fault of the hotel, but whoever was staying on the floor above us either had a dog or child in their room that was jumping & running back and forth all hours of the night. One of the nights the stomping was so loud it was actually shaking our bed. If you stay in the Roxana, I would recommend requesting a room on the top floor because there is no sound insulation between floors!

My friends and I stayed for a weekend and it was an amazing experience. Ana took care of our group for breakfast and was super friendly and wonderful. Hunter made fantastic drinks. Overall we had a great experience and look forward to coming back!

Had a wonderful dinner at Bettini. Our waitress Ana was phenomenal. - very professional and friendly and provided excellent service. The food could not have been better. The atmosphere in the restaurant is so elegant and relaxing. We come to Martha’s Vineyard every year and this is always our restaurant of choice on our last evening on the island – it never disappoints!

Went to the Bettini Restaurant for my 25th Birthday and it was one of the best dinners I’ve had. Great service, staff was very attentive, especially with our allergies, and our server Anna was very nice. We had the Sea Bass, Chicken, Salmon and Potatoes which were all fantastic!

The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and situated. Bettini—the restaurant—went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and meals delicious and memorable. We want to thank Anna in particular for her excellence and care for our family.

A wonderful experience from start to finish! Friendly, helpful staff. Top-notch service throughout the hotel. Our room was immaculate, and the bed was so comfortable! A scenic view from the front porch, with an easy walk to the downtown area and bus stops. This was our first time visiting Martha's Vineyard, and we look forward to returning next year. We will stay at the Harbor View Hotel again!

The entire team at Harbor View are an amazing group. We had an opportunity to meet Madison. She’s one of the onsite managers and she helped us navigate around a challenge with a ceiling height issue with one of the rooms. I measure six foot 6 inches in height and the support ceiling beam in the room entry was around six feet. It certainly caused a dilemma for me. After a phone call to the front desk and some back and forth discussion with Madison we were able to get all the details sorted out. We dined in the onsite restaurant and we were sold. We are definitely coming back and looking forward to another great stay. All the wait staff are phenomenal; Peter Gae, Katie, Seneka, the restaurant hostess, Alan and Charlie from the valet team. The one staff member Francisco helped us out tremendously was Francisco the sommelier from the restaurant. He was knowledgeable about the wine items and was a very good communicator. We stayed in the historic section of the hotel and it was very cool.
