Northwoods Inn & Suites Blackduck

Bad breakfast and no hot water. I left 2 days early. I want the days difference refunded

The person at the desk was very friendly and helpful to indicate the closest door to our room. The beds were comfortable and the bedding and bathroom were clean. The facility is not well maintained; needed painting inside, hole in the wall, unsightly landscaping, exterior paint failing.The room smelled musty. Rated below average because it was not up to standards we are accustomed to.

Great stay

The building is a former AmericInn, which looks almost identical to the AmericInn in Bemidji. The free breakfast was less than usual for hotels like this, but okay. For a more complete breakfast, I ate at the Hungry Duck in downtown Black Duck, which was good. The room was clean but could use some updating.

The staff are nice and friendly.

I would stay again. I believe it’s an area of limited accommodations available, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable but a little dated. There were mentions of problems relating to staff not showing up for work often, which made me fear how well the cleaning was done, but room was good.

Dated property. But fine for overnight stay.

Hotel needs to be remodeled and cleaned.

Liked the breakfast in the morning and staff was friendly and professional. He helped us load our luggage into the car. Gave us suggestions of places to eat and to visit in the area.
