I have no complaints at all about my stay

The pool

Nobody was there at the front counter to check us in when we arrived before midnight, so we called— it took 5+ minutes for any service, after we had been driving for 5 hours. The rooms, specifically the bedsheets, were filthy and stained yellow; we stripped the bed and purchased a sheet to sleep on instead. Musty smell, black mold in bathroom, and a few bugs on the ceiling. It didn’t seem like the room had been cleaned prior to our arrival.

Hall and room ...smelled like old greasy smoke Bathrm ...so weird the set up...almost had to step Into tub to open or close door, tub was so slick had to wear crocs to feel safe, also the cleaning ppl maybe short but u can see how far the can reach to clean the shower walls Ac unit...that was a joke, smelled funky like mold and smoke, never got cold in rm.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful with the glitch that Booking.com had. Would definitely stay there again.

We stopped at Comfort Inn & Suites in Fremont, OH, to avoid a snowstorm that was heading our way. The hotel was very clean and quiet, the price was great, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. When we were ready to leave in the morning, our car was covered in snow, and we had nothing with us to brush the snow off. I asked the young man at the front desk (Matthew) if the hotel had a brush I could use to clear the snow from my car. He said that he had one in his car, and he brushed off our car for us!!! If we are ever in Fremont again, we will definitely stay at Comfort Inn & Suites!
