Fair. The table and chairs were made for midgets! I am not a tall man, only 5’ 7” and 175 lbs and the chairs and table legs appear to be about 2” short of most seating elsewhere.

The hotel was really clean and a really convenient location, breakfast was good, the staff was really nice. The coffee was pretty decent

The pool was ice cold so def don’t book for that reason alone like we did. But also it ended up being no big deal, we came for Notre Dame so we were not really at the hotel

Location was great. Pool needed cleaning but it got done immediately.

I needed a disabled room and didn't ask for one.

I've stayed here twice in the past year. It was fine, but nothing exceptional. The room was comfortable but worn. The exterior doors did not open with room keys. Each night I had to park in back but walk around front to get in. The fitness room was tiny and had two aerobic machines and one weight lifting machine with only one attachment. The breakfast was standard, nothing special.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Easy to get to.

There was no caffeinated coffee at the hotel. The breakfast was not fresh. The hallways were dirty.

I would rate it better but the price was that of a mediocre hotel and this was just around minimum standards. Bathtub was chipped. Toilet seat was chipped. Room was overly scented as if to mask some other smell. Free breakfast was below average and they did not have any coffee. Nothing bad or threatening happened so I guess that’s good.

Desperate need for updating. Beds were fine, but drawers would not stay closed, dirty carpets, and marginal breakfast with no coffee. Drinking fountain was broken and ice machine was beyond dirty. Stay elsewhere. Not worth your money.

The bed was amazing.. for sure a harder bed..but I like that. The breakfast lady was very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed.
