I arrived at somewhere between 10-11pm. The room with two queen double beds reserved was given away and I could not get a room. All other hotels were full. Had to drive two more hours to find a room with two double beds
Moldy food in the freezer. Water on the floor. Holes in the door.
The room smelled awful. Got stuck on 2nd floor and no elevator. Looked like they "tried" to remodel but it was a half a$$ shody job. We won't be back. People out back smoking crack and getting drunk. Halls and stairs weren't clean.
The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The only problem we had was the desk clerk. She was not very friendly and no help at all. My friends asked for extra pillows and she told them no!
Dirty the flooring was separated and had candy and dirt down in the cracks right where you had to step to go to bed the bathroom was dirty overall it was nasty

Was put in a room that smelled like sewage because we had booked a room in advance and was going to bring a service animal. When we checked in we called the front desk about the smell and we were not moved. All of the housekeepers knew about the room and the smell. The second night we called the front desk again and asked to be moved because of the smell and they finally moved us RM#107
We will not be staying here again. Everything was very dirty and outdated. I won't say that the toilet at least was clean. We also noticed that most people did not eat breakfast there, nor did we. The curtains in her room were half falling down, the TV was on when we walked into the room and when we came to shut it down we realized why... You couldn't shut it down so we simply unplugged it. Refrigerator was unplugged the things that we put in there did not stay cold, it too was unplugged. The heat was on in the room instead of the air conditioner this is the end of the month of May. The security chain was also missing from the door is to the lobby did not open and close properly.
Lovely place to stay
It’s an older hotel, so I kept that in mind. Minimal breakfast offerings, nothing hot or fresh cooked. There was a bad smell once we walked into the lobby. The room was smaller than I expected, so cramped. No closet or anywhere to hang clothes. There was a hole in the bathroom door, knee high so likely kicked in. There was no toilet paper, nor a dispenser for it, in the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable. It was one of the cheapest in the area, so I got what I paid for. I will not stay there again.
