Breakfast can have hash brown or something to change everyday diced potatoes for a bit change but can't complain. Just a suggestion. Loved everything about the hotel.

"Rip-off"

My mom (81) fell outside due to uneven pavement and scraped her elbow. When she woke the next day she realized she had bled on the top sheet. The hotel charged me $100 saying it couldn’t be cleaned. Ridiculous Blood washes out of white using baking soda paste and vinegar. Very disappointed. Ill never stay there again. And $100 for a top sheet…more like $20.

"Met expectations except for very poor check-in process."

Check-in process was the worst I've ever experienced. One untrained staff member at check-in. Clearly did not understand the computer system used by the hotel. I was second in linee and it took her 15 minutes to deal with the person in front of me (and which required multiple phone calls to others to help her figure out what was required). Same for me. 15 minutes to check in. Part way through I was told to sit down because the computer "was reloading". After phone calls, other staff appeared and check -in was completed. I will avoid this hotel in future. There are many similar options nearby at similar prices.
