Location.

Almost everything. Old rooms, smelled and very uncomfortable beds. Keep your money go to Kamloops.

The pool was dirty the chair in the room had a straw with “white residue” in it that my child found there was no elevator and we were on the top floor with two kids so there was a lot of stuff to bring up

"Good enough for Merritt sports tournament"

Location was good. Easy to get around. Friendly staff. Easy check in, especially online. Liked the mini fridge/freezer combo in the room- very nice.

Breakfast is blah for hot foods (eggs and sausage were undercooked, potatoes okay). The AC was not very powerful and kept shutting off before actually reaching the desired temperature. The rooms need a fresh coat of paint and some upgrades.

"While the overall room was fine and the bed was comfortable, we may try another location next time."

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The pillows were the perfect density and size to make our sleep more comfortable. The hottub was an enjoyable extra. The shower had a great flow.

The noise, my god, the noise. Our A/C and heating unit was extremely loud; however, the A/C unit in the room next to us was horribly loud to the point where the pictures on the wall vibrated every time it cycled on. When asked, the front desk called the room next door, but the man in that unit was unresponsive. In the night, our refrigerator started to vibrate every time it cycled on. I eventually had to unplug the refrigerator.
