Magnolia Hotel Houston, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Very big and comfortable room really enjoyed my stay.

I’ve been staying at the Magnolia regularly for 3 years now. Occasionally, I have to work from my room and I really hate having to go through large spreadsheets on a small laptop screen. The Magnolia offers a package through a company called Outpost where you can borrow a work station for your room with 2 monitors, a dock, a keyboard, and a mouse (and it’s cheap and expense-able for work !!) You just pick it up from the front desk and it’s all packed up in a suitcase on wheels. Comes with instructions in case you need them, but super easy to set up. It made ALL the difference! I get so much more done with 2 monitors! It probably cut my work time in half - no joke. I don’t understand why every hotel doesn’t have this! The Magnolia has my loyalty for a lot of reasons, but this benefit will definitely keep me coming here! Thank you Magnolia & Outpost!

I stay at the Magnolia for business travel from time to time. It has a great location close to downtown and comfortable rooms. I recently used their partnership with Outpost to rent a work setup that included dual monitors and a hub. This greatly improved my stay and made working from my room a lot more pleasant. I recommend it to all the road warriors out there.

Front desk staff not welcoming or friendly. Restaurant/bar staff was not good. Poor people skills and not attentive. Breakfast was bland.

This hotel is super good, nice location, clean, the pool view is amazing and the staff is very friendly trying the best to make your stay feel great, and they really did. i strongly recommend this hotel, a special thank you fir the front desk team.

Brooke was Awesome she made sure I had everything I needed. The restaurant food was Awesome and the staff was Amazing. My favorite hotel downtown Houston.

Very bad hotel 1- in reception we asked to get good view room he gave us a very bad view in backyard 2- when the toillett papers finished they are not replacing it on daily bases as other hotels doing everywhere i asked specifically to replace it at last day 3- breakfast is very limited compared to other hotels doing everywhere 4- adding un necessary money to the check out money you should review step by step with them

Excellent location! The room next to our, you can hear their voices clearly and I am not sure why it was not noise free. Otherwise, it was good for money. It has Vallet Parking for 58$. But the parking plaza next to this plaza is only 15$ per 24 hours and may be Vallet Parking was not work it.
