Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club

MVC here has strict policing of pool chairs which makes the environment unwelcoming . I am a lifetime Titanium Elite and will not return. Walk 2 min to restroom and a pool “ safety “ guy will roll up your towel and move your things. Poor training of staff . Beach umbrella $50 a day.

It’s a beautiful property in Ko’Olina with a relaxing vibe all throughout. Well kept resort and very cozy. The only complaint I would have is that the late check out offer is not as flexible.

We loved the location, view and beach. Swimming early in the morning and at sunset is something I'll always remember. Our apartment was also great, with a good kitchen and view, nice bedrooms and verandas. The valet staff were wonderful, really all of the staff were kind and helpful. We were able to rent snorkel gear onsite and explore the lagoons - also a lot of fun although we didn't see very much.

The "welcome" experience felt like a long sales pitch, which was hard after a long flight. This happened a few times during our stay, either getting texts or phone calls that were sales pitches. It was odd enough that we probably wouldn't go back. Otherwise we loved everything else.

I really enjoyed the location and access to the lagoons/beach. Dining option were pretty expensive but that is expected at a place like this. At least the other option is to cook inside your suite.

Excellent property

This is a very large property on one of the famous lagoons in Ko Olina. We got a room in the" penthouse", thinking there would be something extra to go along with it. There was definitely not! The room was small, the bathroom was very crowded, and the balcony was almost unusable. They put us in a room facing the golf course in the building farthest from the beach. The bed made our backs and hips sore. There was a mini kitchen, with toaster, microwave, crockpot, plates, silverware and glassware. We took advantage of 2 of the on-site restaurants. Longboards is the casual one, and we had good food and service there. Longi's is the fine dining one, where we had dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Service was good, but not much personality from our server. Appreciate that they have a "quiet" pool for adults, and plenty of beach chairs for sunning in the sand or grass. This is a destination hotel, when you would want to go to and just spend all your time there or close by. Next time we will stay somewhere where we don't feel guilty about being gone all day exploring the island. There's much to see on Oahu.

Room was dated, fridge didn’t work, didn’t receive stay credit

We had a wonderful time staying in Ko’Olina at the Marriott. The grounds are beautiful and in a fantastic location that is very walkable to neighboring resorts and market. The Lagoons are beautiful! The only down side was that the pools were crowded because they started maintenance on the large lagoon pool and hot tubs the day we arrived. Our room overlooked the pool so we had constant construction noise all day also, which is not what you want to experience when on vacation.
