"A Total Disaster"

I thought I was making my reservation, online, directly with the hotel, but when finished I realized it was with Hotels .com a reservation agent. The dates were wrong and my reservation was cancelled for not arriving on the wrong date and my card was charged more than I was quoted! What else could go wrong? from now on I will call and ta;k to a real human!

"Drive farther away"

Unfortunately, it was the only choice in Waterford. Place was dirty, no staff present at desk 90 percent of the time, except bored guy who wasn't very friendly, NO tv service all morning until checkout, hot tub didnt work, Pubic hair in a washcloth, bed smelled weird & mattress old, garrish curtains & outdated decor, shower flooded before even before stepping in.....we're staying away from any Baymonts in the future. Spending tonight in a Marriot and it's heaven. 😊

Room smelled like smoke, plaster crack and missing in many places. Outside there were people loitering for quite some time that did not appear to be customers.

Everything. The bed was comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful.

The only thing was the ice machine wasn't working great. We were only able to get a small amount. But other than that, nothing else
