Hotel Vértice Sevilla

It was a good stay.

Good hotel, spacious room, very helpful staff. I would recommend it.

Staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful and efficient. Cleanliness was excellent. Beds were comfortable and bathroom towels white and fluffy. We shall stay at Vertices again when in Seville. (Convenient for the airport)

I’ve had better service and facilities at 3 star hotels. Did not get any info at all at check in. No tea or coffee in the room or mini bar as it states on the website. The baby cot had a big hole in it. No ironing board There was a room service menu in the room so we called to order. After 4 attempts as no one bothered picking up the phone, we were told we would have to collect our order as they can’t do room service. What’s the point in having the menu then? The only good thing was that it was a decent size family room with comfy beds. Would not stay there again.

Basic room zero facilities, 1 kettle no cups, saucers spoons nothing.

Good location close to the airport, very quiet, friendly staff. Also, right next to the bank/ATM and several restaurants for quick breakfast in the morning.

Everything was goo but the swimming pool was in maintenance but staff gave 2 breakfast daily for three days in compensation. Was very good.

Having spent a lovely week in central Seville and a few days on the coast of Vilamoura Portugal we just spent and evening here before flying home. Personally we felt the calibre of Orel was more deserved of a 3* rather than a 4 due to some of the room finishes, the breakfast buffet and the lack of extra touches such as water on reception, coffee in the room etc. The gym facility was sub standard and the beds were v uncomfortable. We probably shan’t return to this particular hotel.

Nice hotel, good breakfast and kind staff. The hotel is close to the airport so it's convinient.

We didn’t stay here long as we were going to the airport in the morning, but we had a great stay nonetheless. I can’t say enough good things about the hospitality and customer service- the man at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind!
