"Mixed holiday experience at Hotel Vertice"

Hotel garage was very cramped. Good thing we rented a small car. Leaving on the final day, 1/1, the gate was locked and required repeat communications to get opened. Desk staff couldn't change $, and some desk staff were terse and unhelpful. Coffee pot in room, but no coffee mugs or tea/coffee. Would give it 7 stars-- they need to work on staff coverage during holiday time! One nice surprise, box of chocolates and New Year's note. :)

Good placed hotel with a reasonable price and many restaurants and boutiques around. Near to drugstore smaller supermarkets. We've got a big and nice room with beautiful view to the street. Really friendly staff and really nice pool at the hotel.

I had a clean and pleasant top floor room. The view over the environs was great. Staff were extremely helpful. The surrounding area is by no means glamorous but it's friendly and authentic and on a couple of bus lines. Near to FIBES, 30 minutes from Seville centre by bus 22. Room facilities are basic - no fridge or tea and coffee making facilities etc. The shower wasn't great (hot water didn't work very well) but otherwise it was good.
