Quiero destacar la excelente atención de los recepcionistas y personal del buffet. La animación nocturna fue espectacular y el desayuno y la cena de máxima calidad. Volveremos sin dudarlo.

Wonderful hotel! We were given a room on the top floor with amazing views. Room was very spacious and the housekeeping was outstanding. Loved the heated indoor pool and the sauna. Outdoor pool seemed lovely too. Good gym. Great location a bit away from the centre but still very walkable. Good breakfast.

Would have appreciated a bit more fresh vegetables at breakfast.

Heated inside swimming pool, which my son enjoyed very much. The cafe bar was nice.

The only thing that could be improved is adding a bit more variety in the kitchen during lunch and dinner. In some dishes, more than half of the food contained pork. For guests who do not eat pork, it would be helpful to offer more options with other types of meat. It would also be useful to clearly label which type of meat is used, because sometimes the sign only said ‘meat’ without specifying which kind. Additionally, during the live music, the sound system or echo was sometimes too strong, so adjusting the acoustics could make the experience even better. One remark regarding the booking: The booking platform was offering a free taxi to the hotel, but not for the return trip, while booking directly through RH Hotels includes a free taxi both to the hotel and to the airport.
