Location was great, loved the guest services, excellent customer service. This is the best deal in melbourne eastside.

The place needs to be cleaned much better, the dishes were filthy. The decrotive pillows had stains.

Was a very tidy and clean apartment a very modern and comfortable nice views (if your not scared of heights lol

Didn't like the heights I was on the 19th story and was scary only because I'm afraid and the elevator was a bit scary also haha

the worker at the front desk is racist he assumed i illegally booked my reservation at denied my entry and cancelled my stay he also yelled at me in my face and after proving him wrong he just left without any care for the next people trying to check in

The location was very good. It was handy to trains and shopping. We had a wonderful view of Chinese New year and of the surrounds .

The apartment was a bit austere. There could have been tea bags, sugar etc, ice cube trays, wine glasses- we left some.

Facility was lovely had everything we needed.

Having the washing machine and dryer in the bathroom prevents me from keeping the door open to avoid the dryer steaming up the space. Also check in was horrible as no parks on the street ended up going around the block twice

Staff at reception were very helpful when we had to check in late. The rooms were clean and facilities were excellent. The apartment is located right next to Box Hill shops which has Woolies, Coles and a wide range of food options. Would definitely stay again

No airconditioning in one of the bedrooms but thankfully the weather was not too hot
