It was close to supermarket and train

The apartment was not clean The showers had mould in the corners, there were marks on the walls and the tv. It was a very noisy place with train and road noise despite being up 13 floors.

No cleaning service or ability to at least change towels

It is close to shopping precinct for food and shops and there’s lots of Asian cuisine restaurants around. Provided bathroom condiments which smelt nice. Washing machine and dryer and good access to kitchen utensils and facilities which helped when cooking meals. Also provided more toilet paper on request.

The entrance is hard to find and not very appealing. The apartment we had advertised as a king bed however is two single beds pushed together so sleeping in them was uncomfortable because they split apart. When I asked if we could change to the 2nd bedroom and not use the first bedroom because it had a proper queen bed we were told if we wanted to swap rooms we had to pay for an extra night accommodation or pay for cleaning which made no sense at all. It should be advertised correctly so customers can be given the option to choose! I was very dissatisfied with how this was handled. The apartment itself is smaller in real life than the photos and also way more run down. Marks and paint coming off the walls, the dining table was old in pieces but stuck together, noticed when we tried to move it abit. The apartment was quite underwhelming. Same with the pool and spa area. Was run down and dirty floors. I won’t stay here again so be mindful that what you see in the pics won’t be necessarily what you get.

The bed room without aircon, the pillow case has dirty mark on it , also the dinner chair has dirty mark as well. The shower head is broken.

Washing machine and tumble dryer meant we could dry the clothes quickly

The parking was abit painful lucky the hotel had a parking spot free
