В общем неплохо , хорошее расположение и приемлемый ценник.

К сожалению, жилье не соответствовало нашим ожиданиям и фотографиям(все ,что на фотографиях это общего пользования).Жилье было не очень чистым.. в санузле был запах, также полотенца имели затхлый запах. Стиральная машина была , но вещи после стирки оставались с запахом и отжим не работал.Дополнительно потребовали оплатить городской налог 1 евро сутки с человека наличными. В доме отсутствует лифт,на 6 этаж достаточно тяжело подниматься, особенно с багажом и детьми. В номере было жарко и душно несмотря на постоянные открытые окна.

The room didn’t look like in the photos!!! which was very disappointing. Old looking towels, dirty curtains (grey, definitely not their original colour), the water drained very slowly in the shower, no closure in the sink so if you drop something it goes straight to the drain. No fan, so visiting in summer will be challenging, as the room is located under the root and it gets hot. Things that were a minus but out of control of the host: we went to bed with open windows and were woken up by loud seagulls at 4am both nights, the staircase had an unpleasant smell and was dusty. Also remember that the room is located on the 6th floor without an elevator, which can be a problem for some.
