Всё было отвратительно и грязно

The room did not look like the pictures. The bathroom and the room were dirty. I found an old redbull bottle under the vanity in the bedroom. The comforter was old and not warm enough. Lastly the wall and furniture had weird stein on them that where not cleaned, and the rooms where on the 5th floor ( no elevator) and that was only mentioned to me once I had already booked the room

Возможно в доме есть проблемы с канализации, есть не очень приятный запах в ванной, все чисто, но думаю это вина не конкретно квартиры, а в общем доме.

Great location, the suite had pretty much everything you might need. The owner was friendly, reachable and accommodating. Only book this room if you are comfortable with climbing 6 floors!!!

The kitchen is tiny and I didnt want to spend more time there than needed (only filled up water bottle). The walls are quite think so if you value quietness, you might be disappointed if kids will be staying next door. There were issues with the checkout process as the box was too small for all the keys so I had to spend a lot of time trying to put the keys back in, ended up having to leave them at secure place nearby. But the owner promised to fix this, so thats great.

Location and there was hot water

Very difficult to find the entry door no number or name on the outside. The host forgot to send details of how to get in to the property. Only received this after 1 phone c and 2 texts. Apartment was cold. Only basic necessities supplied. 1 old towel per person the towels were so old and well used they should gave been binned 5 years ago. Shower room had a strange smell. The pillow case has obviously not been changed from the last occupant because there was a nose snot left in pride of place on top of one of the pillowcases. No towel rail or coat hooks or bathroom shelf for toiletries.

Gute Lage

Schlechte Kommunikation- wir bekamen erst nach mehreren Nachfragen den Türcode - die Unterkunft ist schwierig zu finden - ohne Aufzug 104 Treppenstufen- die Unterkunft war nicht sauber und das Bad sehr schlecht- nach dem Duschen steht das komplette Bad unter Wasser- das Wasser läuft unter der Duschtasse heraus und in der Wohnung ist ein modriger Geruch

Nice suites overall — good quality bed, clean, safe, and great location. The location is really central to everything. There are plates, glasses, and pans in the room, cooking plate, and a microwave and coffee machine in the lobby. The host responds really quickly. Overall, a good place to stay.

You really need a washing machine, or maybe it was temporarily broken as the host informed. Also, a lot of water ends up on the bathroom floor when showering, as the shower curtain doesn’t properly block the water. As a result, you have to clean a lot of water from the floor after showering.
