Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Providence - East Providence

I've been here at Extended stay America for sometime now. As I have stated before for the most part staff are respectful and helpful. Now there have been things that most people on here complained about on here. Those things have been consider and are being worked on and change for the best service possible given to our guest. Extended Stay America has a new staffing team read to get down to any issues in our hotel for the safety and comfort of the guest.

There was no breakfast and no milk for coffee. I was told the truck didn’t come. Why couldn’t someone gone to buy some milk at least

This is one of the better extended stays in Rhode Island, my only problem was our room smelled very strongly of pet

Nettes Personal, die Parkplätze waren umsonst und die Zimmergröße sehr komfortabel.

Zimmer hat etwas unangenehm gerochen und es war sehr hellhörig.

Great place, room was much bigger than i initially expected but overall great staff and gorgeous room

The room is listed as having a kitchen, The kitchen was there but unstacked, not even a glass unless you asked for them item by item. Breakfast was coffee with no milk or creamer, accompanied by packaged bars. I asked about the milk and was told "That's what we've got." This was true for three days so I assume it is normal.

Loved the bathroom and the room itself. Was not given shampoo or soap. Luckily had our own we bought that day. Breakfast bar was terrible bad 2 granola bars and 3 mini Choc muffins. Coffee and tea no juice. If you are going to say breakfast is included give more choices.

The place was convenient and reasonably priced. The only downside was the “breakfast”. It was included in the price but it was actually just packaged muffins and breakfast bars. There was coffee but this hotel didn’t have any type of creamer. They also don’t supply lids. This is crazy - you have to include some type of creamer for coffee and lids !
