Some of the staff was really nice

Our door didn’t close so if you left anyone could walk by and push it open. When talking to staff they said just slam the door. That didn’t solve the problem. They also charged us for smoking in their room when neither I or my wife have ever smoked before. We also left that room so clean that they probably didn’t even clean it. It’s a very land lord special kind of hotel with cheap paint and stickers over the elevator buttons that make it appear better than it is.
