I liked that it is a boutique hotel that is adult only. The location is close to strip but our room was close to freeway so a bit noisy.

Our TV didn't work so Roland said he would credit our early check in fee but it was never refunded even after calling many times and being on hold forever and then not answering my phone calls!

The lobby was nice

I didn’t like that I stayed for four days and asked for housekeeping to clean, and nobody cleaned our room or gave us clean towels. We asked for an iron and the front desk lady said that they didn’t have irons which we found an iron on our floor in an open door of storage. She was just too lazy to get it for us. They didn’t care to check if we needed anything. We took our own trash out which was ridiculous. No closet just shelves you can use. Definitely will not stay here again.
