Really good value for money. We stayed in dien bien due to coming from Laos and was just a quick stop but really comfy bed and hot good shower! would recommend

Just as shown in the pictures. Spacious, located in the downtown of Dien Bien Phu and nicely priced. Lately, pretty pictures can be misleading. This was not the case at all. We were satisfied with our stay. Even though it was located in the center city, it was still quiet. I don't understand why this place got so many bad reviews. It met our expectations. To visit all the tourists attrations, the manager was able to help us book a taxi for the day and he even let us check out late because we needed to take the sleeping bus back to Hanoi overnight. Very helpful staff! Thank you!

They did not speak much English nor French. But used google translate and it worked.

location was fine but the staff were a little uninterested in their job and the guests. a little more positivity would have been nice. Management need to manage...
