the room was quite big and the bed was confortable,and aircon worked well

if you are looking for a room with ants in the bed and toilet,spidernet in every corner,and not decently clean you can came here. the staff don't make a minimum effort to try to understand eachother

Don’t let them book a bus for you. But it’s more the bus companies lying about departure times. They tell you 6am pick up from the hotel. Arrive at 6:45 in a nice minivan and transfer you to a dangerous bus that departs at 8:30 for Laos.

Nice airy room with a balcony and view. Clean. Good shower. Good location near local restaurants. Staff arranged night bus to Hanoi with hotel pick up. Make sure in advance that the night staff know what the day staff have arranged. But we got there in the end. I would stay here again.

The location is easy to find. The room is quite clean. The staff is pleasant and nice.

Well, the hot water didn't work in the afternoon due to an ongoing construction nearby, so resulting in me showering with freezing cold water in the winter. Luckily, the weather in Dien Bien in winter is actually quite sunny and not that cold, so somehow I could still bear it. The room is quite small, and the elevator is slow.

Cheap, close to many places. Lots of local restaurants along the street. Staffs are helpful as well.

No soundproof. You can hear all (disgusting) noises from next door’s toilet.
