The location was central to my needs, surrounded by tasty, inexpensive food and the historic sites I’d traveled so far to see. The experience was made exceptional by the young female receptionist whose communication was stellar and assisted me with getting a motorbike driver to tour the surrounding area and transportation to my next destination. Because of her efforts I was able to fully maximize my time in Dien Bien Phu and achieve far more than I could have on my own. The room was beautiful with an amazing view and the most comfortable bed and best bathroom I’ve yet encountered in Vietnam. My stay was thoroughly enjoyable and exceeded my expectations.

Everything about my stay was excellent—especially the receptionist who even walked me to my bus to make sure I got on safely. So sweet!

Brilliant shower comfortable beds and a lift.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent with a rainforest shower.

First of all they have beds which are not torture like in many Vietnamese hotels, quite comfortable! The staff is very friendly, the location is perfect - you can walk everywhere. And I had a sunny room with nice views!

Perfect location and friendly staff

The room had no window. In addition, the toilet kept overflowing. They did fix it, but would have been better if they asked us to wait in the lobby or even best to have offered us another room.

The rooftop area was nice. Staff very accommodating and location great.
