Great view of the river and town. They could communicate a bit through Google translate.

I asked for them to clean the room but it was not done. No clean towels and water. No bath curtains so water splashed on the floor. Whole area was wet. Slippery bath tub. My partner slipped and hurt himself. The lift doesn't go to the ground floor. They could not communicate on the phone due to language barrier.

Nice clean bedroom & bathroom, comfy bed. Excellent staff. Top marks!

The location was great, the room was big, and the bed extremely comfortable. In general, very good value for money.

A few ants in the room. Communication with the staff was difficult as we don't speak Vietnamese and they don't speak English. Just some advice for future guests, don't book the bus to Sapa from the hotel, we ended up driving around Dien Bien for 2 hours loading the minivan with pineapples, waited an hour at the bus station, then set off for 5 hours before changing buses for the last 2 hours. There is a direct bus from the bus station (at 11am I believe).

Good location. Efficient and good value.

Very echoey corridor. Other guests making a real racket could be heard two floors away.

Noise absorbing is bad when staying at 1st floor. Can hear clearly voice at the reception
