Quarto perfeito! Mas perfeito de um jeito que raramente vejo e olha que já rodamos parte do mundo ! Atrações incríveis, piscinas maravilhosas, o empreendimento é surreal. Máquinas de café e bares por todo o hotel tem ponto positivo.O trenzinho que nos desloca pelo hotel funcionou perfeitamente, tudo absurdamente bonito e impecável!!! Voltamos encantados com o resort.

Acho que toda comida de all inclusive é mediana e esse segue esse padrão. Vários restaurantes mas tudo servindo a mesma coisa, tudo dentro da qualidade esperada porém nada que chamasse atenção. Dificilmente será bem atendido por algum colaborador, fazem questão que você esteja ciente que ELES te fazem um favor em te servir. Todavia uns 3 ou 4 nos trataram absurdamente bem.

En general el personal es muy amable y están pendientes de lo que uno necesite, le llevan cocteles y bebidas a donde uno esté (excepto la playa). La comida del buffet me pareció completa y variada, los cafés son muy ricos y los restaurantes a la carta están muy bien

La pantalla que tienen en el teatro está un poco deteriorada, creo que la podrían cambiar para mejorar la experiencia, sobretodo porque fuimos en época de mundial de fútbol y es agradable disfrutar los partidos en una pantalla más nítida. Creo que el teatro donde se realizan los eventos de la noche es un poco obsoleto
