Econo Lodge Cortland Downtown

It is conveniently located very close to downtown area of the city. Room was clean and service friendly.

You guys booked me at a hotel in NY instead of ohio

drug addicts in the doorways, bad neighborhood very unsafe. hotel owner treated us terrible would not even refund one of the 2 night after we checked in. bugs in the room, tub looked stained and 50 years old.

Spend the extra few dollars on a better hotels. Spent a whole 10 minutes before leaving and booking somewhere else. Stinks. Dirty. 1 star is even too much

It was awful! Property is super old. Prices doubled because of activities in towns nearby. Bed, night stand , microwave, and table not in working condition. Super awful!

This hotel was not cleaned properly. It look like it double as a halfway house as well.

This hotel is very central in Cortland (about 10 minutes walk to the main shopping street). It has a nice big car park and the unique aspect with this hotel is that the rooms open out onto the car park, so with being on the ground floor I was able to park literally 2 metres from the door into my room which makes unloading luggage very easy. The staff member on duty overnight on 8th March wasn;'t the friendliest. Breakfast is basic but keeps you going (some cereal and honey buns). Only about 5 minutes off the freeway as well.

Nothing good to say about this place. Terrible experience

DO NOT STAY HERE! I have never been more disappointed in a hotel. The room was dirty. They say they offer breakfast. When I checked in they told me breakfast would be served from 7-9. But there was no breakfast in the morning. My daughter forgot her stuffed animal in the room. When the same day to try to get it back they told me they through it in the garbage and I could not get it back!! The police came to the hotel twice during the night and argued with guests outside my room. The door for my room didn't seal properly and so light and cold air from outside was coming in all night. ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The motel is fine, but there were so many scary looking drug addiicts hanging around the property that I did not feel comfortable staying there. I left without spending the night.
