Opened door to a musty smell. Holes in the wall, masking tape holding wallpaper on. Other wallpaper loose. Corners dirty, small fridge next to bed was noisy had to unplug. Both at check-in and check out men were vey stoic not very welcoming. Bed was hard

Where to begin... nearly bottomed my car out in a pothole right at the entrance from the main road. The stairwell was littered with graffiti and had no handrailing. While going up the stairs, I was accosted by a man asking me for drugs, food and money. The breakfast "buffet" was a couple of muffins and tiny honey bun. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. At least the room was clean.

I’ve already sent a complaint through the automated system. Apparently I’m waiting for Booking.com to reach out to this property and request my prepaid refund for room since we did not stay there as the room had a strong odor and filth under the mattresses/beds. We immediately requested a refund upon arrival on 6/27. I’m not from the area, but due to my son’s baseball tournament, I was for the weekend. After not seeing any email as promised from the clerk Cshah about being refunded ..I stopped into the property on Monday 6/30 at approximately 1:30pm. New staff argued with me , said Fridays clerk was new.. I told them we were promised refund.. want it since we had to fork out an additional 220$ for a holiday inn express! She then said I needed to contact you guys to contact them to enable the refund. So please do so…I played pro ball and collegiate ball.. traveled a ton..stayed in alot of places…that place should be shut down!! Feels and looks like a neighborhood low income housing project. Please help me in securing this refund..this place was unacceptable and still have plenty of traveling to do yet. THANK YOU!! Sincerely, Jeremy Deitrick

The property was not kept very clean and needed repaired. I was kept awake at night by people shouting and felt unsafe.

This is very much a motel. The outside is very run down with some questionable people loitering around. The room is adequate.

Disgusting, Unsafe — Not Worth Any Price I just needed a place to sleep, but this was a huge mistake. The room smelled terrible, was filthy, and felt completely unsafe. The door was flimsy and looked like it had been broken into before. Worst of all, there was a man lying on the ground outside the office eating out of a Styrofoam box, and sketchy individuals were walking around the property — it felt like drug activity was happening. No wonder this place costs half as much as everywhere else. I would’ve gladly paid $160+ to feel safe. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.
