homeless people all around or in hotel Did not even check in, rude front desk would not let me cancel my reservation. I didn’t feel safe. Hotel was empty

Very old in need of renovation. Very noisy - neighbors fighting, shouting most of the night. Bathroom and shower very small.

Nothing it was terrible. It was disgusting.

The paint was peeling off the wall and was the wallpaper. The foam tiles above the shower had water stains. The lights were flickering in the room and the lampshades were ripped. Other guests were yelling at all hours. This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I would never stay here again. It was AAA recommended and that’s why I booked it. Never again.

There was not hot water the beds was very uncomfortable people banging on people doors at 6 am .

We literally walked and walked out. Could be movie shoot for next bates motel movie. Attendant could barely speak. Room had stench and made my hairs on back of neck stand up.

Not what we were expecting. It was more run down and there was activity on the balcony. Possibly people living there full time. Sign said to request towels, which we did but never received them. Manager was quite rude and didnt have towels at the desk or office. They're very small as well. Room was clean but in poor condition. The location was convenient though. Unfortunately, would not stay there again.
