Didn't even stay on the premises . Very safe place, drug deals were going on in the parking lot , people openly drinking in the parking lot . Felt scared to stay there . Filed a complaint and requested a refund.

Was close to where I was

There was no pillows or blankets, I called and asked, kind of rude sounding to me, I return at the end of the night and no pillows or blankets

The bathroom had two used washcloths in the shower. There were people arguing all night long, calling eachother crackheads, swearing. I would stay somewhere else if i were you.

Rooms were old and bathrooms ughhh. The area is concerning - the loud noises and talking and door knocking - a lot of activity's questionable. The owner was courteous and good. The place is old and let’s say I didn’t sleep. Pillows are skinny Old Old Old

This property had shady characters everywhere. People outside their doors, sitting on the sidewalks and streets. It was terrifying. We did not stay and the desk person would not refund me. Stay far far away!

I will be reporting this hotel to the county health department. I checked into room 106, and upon inspection, found a cockroach on the curtains. I only have a video recording of the roach, but Hotel.com doesn’t seem to allow video upload in reviews. Immediately, we called the front desk to inform them, and a man stated they would send someone to the room to check it out. About ten minutes later, the front desk called back, and a woman requested that we come to the office so they can give us a different room. We denied this solution, as one roach is often a sign of more, and we requested a refund, to which they denied. I informed them I will dispute the charge immediately, and would be checking out. As my friend and I packed the car, two male employees stood outside the office and watched us the whole time. I’m currently disputing the charge, because aside from the cockroach, the grime and stains we found on the walls, light fixtures and cigarette burns on the comforter is unacceptable. This place is unsanitary, uncomfortable, and unhelpful to their guests. I reached out to Hotels.com to seek support for a refund, however I received an email stating they could do nothing, only offer me $25.

Didnt even eat breakfast wasnt much there was very noisy, bed was uncomfortable, person at desk wrote my room number on someone elses door key so they tried 15 times to get into my room. Overall bad experience

Room was not clean. The floors definitely hadn't been moped or swept in some time. No place to hang towels. Fixtures were broken of wall. Refrigerator not clean to my satisfaction.Internet was very slow.
